I am a registered participant and I still have no access to Worksup: what can I do?

First of all, identify the problem: did you receive the email with the Worksup link sent to all participants one week prior to the event? If not, are you sure you are checking the email you gave during registrations in the EFRJ website, and did you check your spam folder? If you clicked on the Worksup link to the event and it did not recognise your email, are you sure you gave the correct email as during registrations? If you did not receive the 6-digit PIN code, did you check your spam folder? Once you clarified the issue, and if the issue is still there, please contact our staff member Julia Barjau.
