Annual General Meeting 2024

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the EFRJ membership will take place on the eve of the 12th International Conference of the EFRJ, on 28 May 2024 in Tallinn (Estonia) at 6 pm. 

The Annual General Meeting is the most important yearly meeting of the membership that approves annual reports, budgets and takes other important decision listed in the Constitution (see Article 15).

This is the perfect moment to learn about the highlights and achievements of the organisation in 2023, and ask your question about the organisation and its activities and and raise any important subjects that you think matter for the entire membership.  

This year the Annual General Meeting will also include the election of new/renewed Board members. The election will be organised online and it will run for a week time, between 21-28 May 2024. The election will be closed during the Annual General Meeting and the results will be announced during the meeting. Full members who cannot attend the Annual General Meeting in person can still vote online. The link for the voting will be shared with full members by email on the day the elections open (21 May 2024).

All members (and not only!) are invited to attend and contribute to the discussions. Only members with full voting rights can vote.

The event will be followed by a reception.
